Yes, during the beta period. No credit card required to sign up. We'll announce pricing plans before making any changes, and you'll have advance notice.

Currently designed for acupuncture practitioners and small clinics who need to manage patient records and generate insurance claim documentation. We may expand to other specialties in the future.

Security & Privacy

Your data is protected with Auth0 enterprise authentication, encrypted sensitive fields (like SSN), and strict multi-tenant isolation. Each practice can only access their own data. See our Security page for full details.

We're working toward HIPAA compliance but are not yet formally certified. We follow healthcare data protection best practices including encryption, access controls, and audit logging. Contact us if you need a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Only you and users you authorize from your practice. Our system uses strict tenant isolation—no other practices can access your data. We do not sell or share patient data with third parties.

Yes. Generated claim documents are downloadable at any time. You own your data and can request a full export or deletion by contacting support.

Features & Usage

No. The AI-assisted documentation workflow is completely optional. You can manually enter and manage all claim data without using any AI features.

Claims Manager uses standard ICD-10 and CPT coding which works with all major insurance payers. You enter your specific payer details and their requirements. The system validates codes and enforces common payer rules (duration limits, unit maximums, etc.).

We maintain a database of 100,000+ ICD-10 codes and provide real-time validation when you enter diagnoses. The system checks code validity and suggests proper formatting.

Yes. In Practice Settings, you can add custom CPT codes specific to each insurance payer, since some payers have proprietary codes.

Not yet. Claims Manager is currently a web application optimized for desktop browsers. Mobile support is on our roadmap.

Technical

Claims Manager works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). Internet Explorer is not supported.

Custom integrations are available for Enterprise customers. Contact us to discuss your specific integration needs.

We monitor our systems 24/7 and respond quickly to issues. For critical production instances, we'll offer SLA guarantees with our Enterprise plan.

Billing & Account

You can request account cancellation by contacting our support team. We'll provide a data export before deletion.

Once we introduce paid plans, we'll have a refund policy. During the free beta, there are no charges.
